BODOK is a brand of Homes that can be built onsite, in a conventional manner, or in a warehouse, shipped to the site, and crane set onto a PERMANENT foundation. All of our building and components not only match industry standards - they surpass them.
BODOK will carry 15 home lines (currently have 7), all adaptable between 1500-2500 square feet. Our interactive website will allow the Consumer to customize one of our homes down to the placement of the lot, the interior and exterior finishes and colors, as well as many other upgrades/accessories to make the buying experience tailored to their needs.
BODOK’s short-term plan is to service East and North Texas organically, with The Vines (36 Home Contract with BODOK) creating the platform to market our home line.
